Lucid Computer Solutions Ltd was formed in early 2008 by Gavin Moorhouse and has built up a solid list of satisfied customers. Our primary focus is providing IT Support and IT Services to businesses in the Redditch, Bromsgrove and surrounding Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire, and Midlands areas.

The company ethos of Lucid Computer Solutions Ltd is to present clear and simple solutions to our customers. We will explain everything to you in plain English and will ensure that you fully understand the work we are carrying out and why we are doing it.
We don't do red braces, cuff links and Windsor knot power ties
If you're after an IT company that will send out a salesman who is only interested in making a commission by saying "yes" without any IT technical knowledge, then we won't be for you. We believe in doing business in a manner that is comfortable for us and for our customers. We are a professional outfit, that goes without saying, but you won't find us wearing cuff links, power ties and red braces. On Fridays we have even been known to wear jeans!

Lucid Computer Solutions Ltd | Meet the team
Gavin is the technical lead for the business, but don't let this put you off, he can also hold a normal conversation. He specialises in finding new solutions and keeping the business in touch with the latest goings on in the technical world. His personal interests are blogging, playing 6-a-side football and watching most sports. He is also partial to attending the odd music festival.
Janet isn't a geek. She does however keep the business ticking over by looking after the company accounts, invoicing and organising site visits. Janet was the driving force behind Lucid Computer Solutions acquiring a proper coffee machine. When Janet isn't keeping the office in good shape, she likes to work on her creative writing and go on cruises.
Jon is the starting point for IT support, installations and maintenance. Using our help desk system, he works through customer tasks, problems and queries. If the task in hand is beyond his special powers then it will be escalated to the appropriate person. Jon likes Bon Jovi a little too much and is something of a film buff.
Paul originally came to Lucid Computer Solutions for some work experience. We were so impressed with him, he was offered a part time position around his studies. You'll find Paul manning our IT Support help desk on his holidays from sixth form. Paul has an addictive taste for Danish pastries.
