Dell PowerEdge R410 Noisy Fan - FIXED!

This is a very brief blog entry and is aimed at my fellow geeks out there on t'internet (Peter Kay reference).

Recently we have been working on a number of Dell PowerEdge r410 servers which had very noisy fans. The fans were so loud that it wasn't pleasant to be in the same office as them.

Something had to be done to fix this problem before they drove us all mad.
