Wednesday 30th December | 2010 is now on the horizon
2010 is almost upon us, which means it's time for our predictions for what will be big in 2010. We think that things to look out for will be Office 2010 (easy one that!), Google's Chrome Operating System and Windows 7 converting Mac users!

Lucid Computer Solutions owner, Gavin Moorhouse, was fortunate enough to receive these excellent slippers. They will match his novelty socks rather well!

Thursday 17th December | Are you ready for the Christmas shut down?
With Christmas only a week away, many businesses will be preparing to close down for a least a few days. As part of this shut down we recommend that you ensure you have a full off site backup of your data, that your Anti Virus software is up to date and that any equipment that can be turned off, has been.
Wednesday 2nd December | Microsoft replaces 'Blue Screen of Death'
Word is that Microsoft has replaced the traditional Blue Screen of Death with an all new black screen. This problem has been caused by a Windows Update and is affecting various Operating Systems. Microsoft are looking into this. Our advice is to contact your local specialist for further advice.
Tuesday 1st December | Rubery Business Networking
This morning we were over in Rubery for a business breakfast networking. It can be difficult getting up early in the cold and dark (and frost!) to go and chat with other businesses, but as ever, it was a great meeting which was well worth while.
