Have they turned a corner and resolved their previous performance problems? There have been reports of Windows XP users suffering from the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) after applying the latest Windows updates. There have been reported fixes, such as removing KB977165, but there is no official fix confirmed yet. Source, PC Pro.

There are a number of hoax security tools doing the rounds at the moment which are actually spyware / scareware programs designed to scare you into purchasing a product which doesn't exist. 03.02.10 | Excessive Internet Use Linked to Depression
A study by Leeds University has found that people who spend a lot of time using the Internet might be more likely to suffer from depression. This is because their 'real world' social interactions are reduced. Catriona Morrison, the study's lead author said ""Excessive internet use is associated with depression, but what we don't know is which comes first - are depressed people drawn to the internet or does the internet cause depression?"
