How to reply in Outlook as another user

This article details how to reply as another user within your Outlook profile.

In Outlook, open the message you want to reply to.

Press the reply button.

If your using Outlook 2003/XP, click on the View menu and click on From Field.

If your using Outlook 2007, click on the Options button and then click on Show From.

All you need to now is type in the email address of the person you want to reply as, for example ross@mynewdomain.co.uk
