Ubuntu could soon be providing a cloud based storage solution for Windows. A cloud based solution is where your important files are uploaded to a secure server using the Internet. These can then be accessed from any computer. The storage will be free for up to 2GB of storage space. Source, PC Pro.

With another Internet Explorer flaw highlighted in the press this week, Mozilla have seen a jump in downloads for their web browser Firefox. We like Firefox, but we prefer the performance and simplicity of Google Chrome.

Everyone has their favourites don't they. Blackberry's are generally regarded as the business phone of choice. iPhones are the fun, cool and trendy version of the Blackberry and now there is the Nokia 5800. We've always stuck to Nokias because of their reliability and ease of use so we're seriously considering going off piste and purchasing the Nokia 5800. The iPhone is popular, but because of the amount of iTunes problems we come across, we're a little put off. What would your choice be?

As you might or might not be aware, Google are releasing an Operating System to rival Microsoft Windows. However having looked through the requirements, it will be purely cloud based, there will be no local applications and no support for a hard drive.
